“My family went to Chez Adele looking for their famous smashburger and were surprised by a West African Menu Special for Juneteenth. The owner Bart happily took our order 15 minutes before they closed and chatted with my family through the meal. We stayed well passed closing time, and he said we could stay as late as we liked. The food was incredible and tasted so authentic and homemade, especially the rum cake we had for desert. This is precisely the type of small business we should all be supporting, and I will be back soon!”
